Goldendoodles are one of our favorite breeds because, as you can see from the testimonials, they fit into every situation-whether you are young or old or live in the city or country. They have a wonderful temperament, they LOVE children, love water, get along great with other pets, are intelligent and have minimal to no shedding. We have been breeding, selling and having Goldendoodles in our house for 11 years and they have done very well for people that have allergies to other breeds. We usually have Goldendoodles ranging from cream, apricot, red, black and sometimes brown colors. They will generally be 45 to 65 lbs. and 22 to 27" tall at the shoulder as an adult. All of our parent dogs have been OFA certified as either Good or Excellent for their hips and our veterinarian routinely examines them. Our breeding parents are carefully selected for temperament, type and health.
Our puppies/dogs are kept in a specially built nursery which is heated/air conditioned and humidity controlled to be kept at 70 degrees year-round. We recommend feeding a high quality dog food and switching to an Adult formula at 10 to 12 weeks of age so that the pups don't gain weight too rapidly. After the puppies have had their first vaccination, ensuring they will grow strong and develop a healthy immune system, people are welcome to visit them. When our Goldendoodle puppies are ready to go, they have been veterinarian checked, up-to-date on their vaccinations, dewormed, dewclaws removed and we give a written health guarantee for 2 years for any hereditary or congenital disease. By this time, the puppies have been socialized with us, our children and grandchildren and spent time in our indoor or outdoor runs, depending on the weather.
Many of our Goldendoodles are being used as Therapy dogs and helping Special Needs children and adults as they are very gentle and seem to have a sense to be able to help those with greater needs.
If shipping is required, it will include freight charge, an airline approved dog crate, insurance, a USDA health certificate from our veterinarian, a doggy bone, a bag of dog food attached to the top of the kennel (we want you to keep your puppy on our food for 2 days and then start blending it with yours after that) and also the paperwork.
