Goldendoodles

Goldendoodles are one of our favorite breeds since the beginning when we began breeding them in 1998. These popular pups resulting from the cross between a Golden Retriever and a Poodle. They are known for their friendly nature, much like other breeds we have so proudly raised.  Their intelligence and excellent companionship have proven to be excellent for families and individuals alike. They form strong bonds with their families and are known to be especially good with children and other pets. Goldendoodles are quick learners and respond well to training. This makes them suitable for first-time dog owners and those looking for a pet that can adapt to various roles including therapy and assistance work. All these amazing traits have motivated many of our customers to train them to be therapy dogs. In summary, the breed combines the best traits of the Golden Retriever and Poodle.

Breed Characteristics

• Size: Large, between 50 to 65 Ibs stand about 20 to 24 inches at the shoulder
• Coat: Ranges from straight, wavy to curly
  • Low to non-shedding suitable for individuals with allergies
  • Colors range from apricot, black, cream
• Temperament: Affectionate, social, loyal and loving
• Energy: Active and playful, daily walks, play sessions, or other simulation training
• Lifespan: 10 -14 years
